Based on the 11" B&W Hitch you were talking about I'm assuming you got the B&W Companion Flatbed Gooseneck-to-5th-Wheel Trailer Hitch Adapter # BWRVK3050. If so, this was meant for flat bed trucks without bed rails and will give you give clearance issues when using it in a normal truck.
Depending on the length of your bed you would want the B&W Companion 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch # BWRVK3500-5W for a long bed and the B&W Companion 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w/ Slider # BWRVK3400-5W for a short... view full answer...

For a replacement plug for your 1997 F-350, you can use an option from Hopkins, which is the 7-way plug which also comes with the mounting bracket, so you don't need to purchase that separately:
- Hopkins Endurance 7-Way Trailer Connector Socket - Vehicle End # HM48480
I have added a link below to a video review showing how to connect the wiring that I recommend checking out. view full answer...
Hand cranking a jack up and down every time really is a pain in the you know what! Going electric is one of the easiest and most helpful upgrades you can do. Electric jack # EJ-3520-BBX will fit in place of a manual A-frame jack that has an outer tube diameter of 2-1/4 inches. The bolt pattern is an industry standard so the bolt holes will line up. As long as the existing jack also has a 2-1/4 inch diameter outer tube then this electric jack will fit in its place.

You are going to have roughly 8-5/8" from the bottom of the frame to where the top of the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # 14001 exits below the rear bumper. You will need to measure this on your 1997 Ford F-250 DMI bumper as we have never tested this fit. I have also linked the installation instructions below so you can see exactly where the receiver will mount. view full answer...
Frame widths for determining if a hitch will fit a truck are measured from outside to outside. Most likely you measured inside to inside and got 36 inch but you should still check. Also, 34 inch frames are almost always cab and chassis trucks which it doesn't sound like you have.
If you do not have the 34 inch frame the Curt hitch part # C60723 is going to fit and work well. view full answer...
The Kat's Heaters Engine Oil Dipstick Heater part # KH15200 is a universal fit item that will work on a variety of different makes and models. There are only two requirements for the dipstick heater to work. The engine oil dipstick opening must be 1/4" in diameter or larger and at least 5 inches of the heating element must be submerged in the oil. The heating element on the above dipstick is 23" long. As most diesel truck engine's use a dipstick much longer than this, I recommend using... view full answer...

The measurement is taken from outside to outside of the frame of your 1997 Ford F-250. If that measurement is 34 inches you would not be able to install the B&W Turnoverball Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch # BWGNRK1100.
Frames which are 34 inches are very frequently cab and chassis trucks, so if yours is a standard pickup it is very likely you will be able to use the Turnoverball. And if so, this is a really smart choice for a gooseneck as the Turnoverball # BWGNRK1100 is considered by... view full answer...
Given the dimensions you provided, something like # DE1020BK from Canine Covers in black would be a much better fit. The cover is 60 inches wide, so it will fit your seat perfectly, and is designed for a seat depth of 19 inches and a seat back height of 23 inches. The covers are durable and machine washable, which is a nice touch. I actually got my parents a cover like this for their SUV a few years ago, and it's still holding up nicely. view full answer...

The Derale fan you asked about is only able to be used as a puller, so it wouldn't work as a pusher application. And these electric fans should be mounted inside the engine compartment as opposed to outside (you wouldn't want it exposed to the elements).
The best option we can offer if you have limited clearance is a pusher fan with as little depth as possible:
